Moon Light Knight Rises

Motoki was the general of the Four Heavenly Guardians, he'd gone to train on the Moon to hone his skills, but while he was gone the four were captured and brainwashed turning on their prince and kingdom. He regains his powers and memories thanks to Artemis and together they work on undoing what has been done. Guardians 12

The Moon Kingdom had the 9 Celestial Bodies to give powers to their protectors, but the Earth had something different. Yuchiro is the vessel of the Red Shadow Warrior Crystal, but it's been purified by the silver crystal. Through it it's given him spiritual powers and abilities, his true gift comes as being able to transform into Sailor Phoenix. He can harness the power of flames burning away evil and purifying those afflicted by darkness. Shingo is the vessel of the Green Shadow Warrior Crystal, purified by the power of the Silver Crystal. He's now able to harness it's power to become Sailor Chameleon. Sailor Sign – Crab

The four heavenly kings had been studying the stars wanting to join hands with the moons to forge new powers to help protect the galaxy. Before they could complete the project the dark kingdom attacked. Using the Silver crystal the Moon Queen saved the fallen souls and allowed them to reincarnate, using the research she helped forge some strong star seeds drawing on the power of the constellations. Shingo is reborn with the power of the Crab, excited to become a hero, he's told he must find and help protect the Earth Prince. His weapon is the scissor blade.

Motoki was reborn with the sign of the Bull, giving him great strength. He’s able to transform into Sailor Tauros, one of the 12 guardian constellations that watch over the solar system.
